All orders placed with Li’Vere Candles & Co. are carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped from Philadelphia, PA.
Because all products are handcrafted and handled with care, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

PACKAGING & ORDER PROTECTION
We take packaging extremely seriously to ensure your order arrives safely.
All candle orders are securely packaged using protective inflatable air pillows designed to cushion and stabilize products during transit. This packaging method significantly reduces movement inside the box and makes damage during shipping highly unlikely.

While no shipping method can guarantee zero damage, our packaging process is designed to make breakage nearly impossible.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.

Damage caused by carriers after delivery confirmation

Packages marked as “Delivered” but missing due to theft or incorrect address entry

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of handcrafted candles and personal-use products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened products

Buyer’s remorse or scent preference
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will correct the issue.
