Why I Don’t Use 100% Soy Wax (And What I Use Instead)

I don’t use 100% soy wax because while it sounds appealing, it doesn’t always perform consistently in real homes. Many 100% soy candles struggle with scent throw, tunneling, and uneven burns, especially in larger spaces.
Instead, I use a carefully tested soy blend. This allows my candles to burn clean while delivering a stronger, more reliable scent experience. My focus isn’t just on how a candle sounds on paper, but how it actually performs when you light it.
Because my candles are hand-poured in small batches, you may notice natural variations like slight color changes, frosting, or texture differences. These aren’t flaws. They’re signs of a candle made with intention, not mass production.
Every candle I make is designed to perform the way real homes need it to.
